AMPLIFIED 2015 | James 1:2 ¶ Consider it nothing but joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials. |
Bible Question: what types of trials? |
Bible Answer: James 1 (King James Version):2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; How to have patience in the tests (temptations)? The tests of the faith give by fruit the patience (that is to say, the capacity to resist), that is the distinguishing mark of the true believer. Only under the pressure of the tests can the believer prove the true depth of its faith in God. The heart signs did not vacillate, but it was enjoyed in the knowledge of the kindness of God. |
