Bible Question (short): Who is the subject of this verse? |
Question (full): Some commentaries state that the "one" mentioned in this verse is the believer. While others indicate that this is not to be understood as the believer, but rather as Jesus Christ Himself. Frankly, I rather prefer the latter interpretation since it fits so nicely in with the rest of the chapter. I am curious about how others might see this. If you would be so kind as to respond, if possible please substantiate your opinion with scripture. :-) |
