Bible Note: Dear Brother Tim, If you check you will find that none of definitions I am giving would have found exception with the Paleo-orthodox Reformers or the Remonstrants of Holland. These definitions would be accepted by both of the classic Calvinist and Arminian camps. Robert Shank is an Open Theist, a modern position that would have been rejected by Arminian, Calvinist, and Roman Catholic alike. His position would, indeed, redefine these terms.
