Bible Note: to scribe - I believe that faults within others is an opportunity for grace to be manifested... not my rights and desires. Yes when a spouse is unfaithful, it is a great pain to the union. But the history of the forefathers give innumerable testimonies of great grace that withstood much more pain in their lives than what the average Christian of today is willing to undergo. Philip. 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Grace is for endowment of power, not merely a cover-up for my desires to be fulfilled Note the definition of Grace given by Strongs - charis - the divine influence upon the heart, and its reflection in the life This does not give me the way out of my trials but the way thru them. O how we need Daniels in our day! |
