AMPLIFIED 2015 | 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God's will, both publicly and privately--behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage]; |
Bible Question: Someone on this forum has raised the question, "Was Paul always right?" And I ask, if Paul was not always right in his teaching, do we have a flawed New Testament? |
Bible Answer: 1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. If we believe God, by faith we believe His Word is true and profitable. Without faith it is impossible to please God, so doubting His Word will only cancel out the effectiveness His Word will have on our lives. God and His Word does not fail, so the fault lies in our doubt, disobedience to His Word and ignorance of the Word. |
