Bible Question (short): Interpreting the Word out-of-context |
Question (full): It is common to life coaches of almost all Christian minitries to mix and match portions of the bible. They pick verses from different books to provide biblical support to their sermon. Although the verses sounds interrelated I think it is improper to interpret the Word out of context. It must be considered also that the books of the bible were written by different men at different times and that languages also evolves. Please share your thoughts. Any expert advise would be appreciated. |
