Bible Note: Okay I have a creed I guess but I don't expect anyone to actually believe it. If they do thats fine if not thats fine to. I would much rather have someone disagree with me and have a legitment reason to. That way I can learn. You have a group of people that believe in the exact some things like and Entire 15 page creed how do you learn from each other? Creeds if used the right way might be ok. The problem is this is not a Bible loving world including the churches. You can have a consert and everyone and there dogs show up. Have a Bible study totally different story. If that is the case you have so many people in the churches who believe in something but have no idea why or how to defend that belief. I see that all the time. I'll give you an example. We all believe in Hell right? And it is eternal. But I can garantee that most people don't know why they believe it. Especally when faced with a JW I did that one time and said there is a hell. I paid the price that day. To this day I still won't mention the hell doctrine to them. Most time they can pick you up of the floor once they are done. Its a tough doctrine to prove. And so many people don't know how to prove it except the word hell is in the Bible. I try not to make that mistake anymore I try to make sure why I believe in what I do. Alot of people today don't they just know it because its in there creed or someone told them. In Christ, Darcy |
