Subject: Sins Forgiven |
Bible Note: The bible does say if we don't forgive we will not be forgiven. The bible is an instruction book on how to live our life. Each of us as an individual learns different lessons. We are all rebellious in not listening to God's instructions and we are all to die because of it. God in His great love and mercy sent His Son so we would not die but through Him have eternal life. I never said we didn't need a saviour, my logic is to believe in God, to listen and do His commandments and to listen to the Holy Spirit to guide me into all truths. As far as sincerity goes God does examine our hearts for sincerity, many speak with their lips but their hearts are far from Him. Without God teaching us we wouldn't even know what a sin beyond the obvious is. If I continue to ask God for forgiveness and I have faith that I'm forgiven I continue to trust in Him. Are we to confess our sins only to repeat that sin because we have been forgiven? If we are sincere we ask God for forgiveness and stop doing the sin we are confessing. We are to examine ourself and work out our own salvation with trembling and fear and my way may not be your way.Luke 18:10-14 |
