AMPLIFIED 2015 | Philippians 4:8 ¶ Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God's word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]. |

Bible Note: Greetings Justme! Many of these "advice" questions that are asked here are more properly dealt with in a 'one on one' situation with someone who knows the 'Questioner' personally, such as a pastor, Christian friend or family member. However, I can see where asking such a question would propose a bit of "anonymity" on a Bible Forum such as this, since we have never personally met, and I have yet to meet anyone on this Forum "face to face".. However, even though I have never met anyone here 'up close and personally', the fact remains that this Forum remains very public, and for all to see! If you have not noticed, the words that we put here do not go away, nor are they erased.. Therefore, I think it is worth everyone's consideration to try to keep the content of this Forum respectable and honorable, and to handle such questions with humility and grace, rather than to send the 'Questioner' away in discouragement. Wouldn't you agree? Blessings to you, Makarios |
