Bible Question:
Moses my servant is dead, why did God say this to Joshua |
Bible Answer: Greetings Vatesk67! According the Joshua 1:1, Moses was dead! :-) If you are asking why God choose Joshua in particular, Scripture doesn't really say. However, one could assume several possible reasons. First of all, Joshua was already a leader among the people. Secondly, he was a man of faith and obedience. He is one of the few men in Scripture that there is not a single negative thing written about. Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
