Bible Note: Doing good works is a christian is you do it not to be save but because you love God and you have faith in God! As abraham did when he ready to sacrifice isaac, he do it because he God more than isaac, and he have great faith in God as he believed that he can have child even the womb of sarah is dead already. Even so faith if it hath not works, is dead James is right, because if the person has faith in God it expected that you do the good things as an output of your being have faith but you did not do the goodworks to gain salvation. You do good works because you love God and you observe what God commanded you. Mr 12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. Mr 12:31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. God bless, Johnny |
