NASB | Galatians 6:1 Brethren, even if anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted. |
AMPLIFIED 2015 | Galatians 6:1 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any sin, you who are spiritual [that is, you who are responsive to the guidance of the Spirit] are to restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness [not with a sense of superiority or self-righteousness], keeping a watchful eye on yourself, so that you are not tempted as well. |
Subject: what is involved in restoring....... |
Bible Note: Please tell me if Nahan used Deceipt when He Confronted David with His SIN? Did Jeremiah use deceipt when he used Practicle Examples of Sins roteness in confronting God's people with their SIN? Did Paul throught the Holy Spirit, in "Bind over such an one to Satan, for the Destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved.. 1Cor 5:5, be called deceipt? I Know NOT! How can restoration of a Brother or Sister in Christ be viwed as deceipt? I believe that a study of the Methodology of "The WORD" and the Holy Spirit WILL REVEAL MANY METHODOLOGIES! "Even speaking through a Dumb Ass...2Peter 2:15-16" to the madness of the Prophet! Was that deceipt? I know not! In addition, there is no such thing as Christian Ethics. There is however, Obedience, as spoken about in James 1:22 and Luke 6:46! All such other ideas and actions, are nothing but "Self-righteousness" Perhaps if you will read through the Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, you will see that 'the Religious' always went against Christ Jesus! In closing I will leave you with His Words, (John 15:22) If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin. Cordially, His servant, as sinner saved by His Grace! Thank you! |
