Bible Note: 1. I do not believe in once saved always saved. Rev 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. I think Gal 5:19 also shows that believers who are so to speak saved will not have eternal life if they do these things. 2. Regarding the Thief - I use the KJV for you. (Luk 23:43) And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. As I said - you may not understand how I communicate - but these scriptures and more definitely communicate to me a clear message. Again - we can learn how to communicate by clarifying our comments to each other until we realize we agree. We can not both use the same scripture to mean two different things. Therefore if I find myself in error - I will repent as I do not know everything at all - but I also did not grow up in the Christian world so many things about Christianity do not make biblical sense to me. The Thief is a curious subject - but is better understood if we take the Book of Enoch into consideration. and the book of enoch is referred to atleast two times if not 3x - both in the Old and New Testament. |
