AMPLIFIED 2015 | Galatians 5:16 ¶ But I say, walk habitually in the [Holy] Spirit [seek Him and be responsive to His guidance], and then you will certainly not carry out the desire of the sinful nature [which responds impulsively without regard for God and His precepts]. |
Bible Question (short): Having Christ in a relationship |
Question (full): I have a boyfriend who is saved and also is a pastor's son. He loves the Lord, but the way he lives no one would recognize that. I, on the other hand seem to be on a deeper level than he is, continually seeking to live a life blameless and pure from sin. The thing is i know i should tell him that the way he lives (fighting, little faith, etc.) is outside of God's will, but how. I know that in the bible it tells you that if you see a brother in sin to show him his wrongs, but not judge them, so how would i go about doing that? Any insight? (Please leave a scripture reference if possible so i could share it w/ him) |
