Bible Question: Do you think Judas Iscariot was ever saved?Thank You And God Bless.. |
Bible Answer: I will have to say bradk has brought us to very accurate points as to why judas may not have been saved. Of all the disciples available for Jesus to choose from (Luke 6:12-16) Jesus chose these 12 apostles knowing what was in the heart of each and everyone of them (John 6:64-65). And let his apostles know, one of you is a devil (John 6:70). Knowing judas would betray him it would fulfill scripture (Matthew 26:20-25), Judas was guided by the devil that had no regard for his salvation (Matthew 26:14-16) or he would have heeded Jesus words (Matthew 26:24).
