Bible Question: Do you think Judas Iscariot was ever saved?Thank You And God Bless.. |
Bible Answer: ronbur, This question has been asked numerous times and though there is not unanimous agreement on it, I say no. Note Matt. 27: 1-5 and contrast it with 2 Cor. 7:10. I don't believe Judas ever exhibited true repentance- which would have led him to salvation- his worldly repentence led him to suicide! (Notice Peter as a stark contrast- Matt. 26:75). Nothing in scripture leads me to believe that he was saved (John. 6:64, 12:4-6, 13:2, 27). Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |
