Bible Question:
Is inter-cultural Marriage good? If yes, what biblical refernce could be linked to it. |
Bible Answer: 2 Corinthians 6 14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. The Bible only says that if you are a Christian, do not marry a non-Christian (of course if you are a Christian and already married to someone who's not, this does not mean leave them). If two people are Christians (one man and one woman) and decide to marry certainly God will bless the marriage. Although a marriage with someone from a different culture may be more difficult, I've never seen anything in the Bible against it. |
