Bible Question: Romans 11:7..."the election hath obtained and the rest were blinded. Does this mean that some were elected by God for salvation and others were not? |
Bible Answer: God blinded those who dont believed in Him. If you denied Him, it is God will blinded you in truth 2Co 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 2Co 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. Most of Israelist doesnt believed in Jesus that He is the Son of God that is why the crucified Him. So God blinded Israel because they dont believed. God everyone to be save, to be with Him: 2Pe 3:9 ΒΆ The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. "but you should repent" before God will forgive you. But Israel (except to those who believe)completely denied Jesus as God that is God blinded them, because God blinded those who dont believed.
