Bible Question:
2:14-16 sweet smell can someone clarify these verses for me. i'm having problems with the text. i'll give you an example. All of a sudden I had this sweet smell burning in my body. The guy next to me then exhaled his breath on me and it smelled just like the smell that was burning in me. The longer he exhaled the more I enjoyed the smell that was coming out from him. It was a smell I had never smelled before. I then exhaled my breath onto him that was next to me and he made a very bad frown and turned away in disgust as though he smelled something really bad. which one is saved? the one exhaling the sweet smell or the one exhaling the bad smell. |
Bible Answer: Hi, mrxike... Welcome to the forum! This is a reference to the incense burnt before the Lord (Leviticus 16:13). In Him, Doc |
