Bible Question: Saddly, I committed adultery within my marriage and now my husband and I are divorcing. I am a believer of course. If i ever decide to marry again, will I be an adulteress? |
Bible Answer: Dear Squirrel, You mention that you are "a believer". Are you a born-again believer? Have you believed that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins so that you may have eternal life? John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. Rom 10:9 if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; Rom 10:10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. Eph 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; Eph 2:9 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. If you have not asked Jesus Christ to forgive you and to save you from your sins, you are not saved. I urge you to call 1-888-NEEDHIM so that someone can agree with you, in prayer, for your salvation. God bless you, prazn |
