Bible Note: Tim, greetings my brother, Yes I know our Father knows best! ... but for those at SBF, methinks you do. This changes my thought on spiritual gifts. I have been asked what my spiritual gifts were. I thought once I figured them out, they were mine. While I could have more, that I don't know about, the gifts I now have were mine until I departed this earth. Now, based on the Greek, is it possible He may not distibute a certain gift to me in the future(that I exercise now)? Or is the distribution (of a particular gift) a continuing process to an individual? I haven't heard anyone meantion the Greek (tense) in the past, and am gald to sit under your teaching. Searcher |
