Subject: What's does The Message says? |
Bible Note: Hello Jesus777, I was merely offering my opinion as a believer and student of God's Word for over 20 years! I don't recall that anyone ever said the posting using the Message was wrong. I certainly did not. Tim simply noted that it is not a translation. I think for this reason, it may not have been as well suited for answering the question on 1 Cor. 12:13. If I may, The Message in it's rendering of this verse, confuses and muddles the understanding because of it's verbosity. I don't feel that it is helpful:-) What we are seeking when a question gets into the technical- such as grammatical issues- is clear understanding. I hope this helps, BradK |
