Bible Note: Hello Mommapbs, God does have great a sense of humour. All I have to do is look at my dog. She brings me a ton of laughs. Goofy and fun. Thank you Lord for my furry little clown. But seriously now Sister, there is nothing funny about the book of Romans, especially chapter 9. I don't mean to say that you take it lightly or made your comment in an ungodly way. I know you made good naturedly and it in a spirit of christian fellowship. And i praise God we can laugh together. But consider the verse following. Rom 9:22 What if God, although willing to demonstrate His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction? If I were to think about it, and come to the conclusion that I was indeed a vessel containing God's wrath, I would never laugh again. Please take this note in the spirit in which it was given. God Bless you Momma, John John |
