Bible Question: is there a vital difference in being bold in faith or rather be meek in it.How does it affect/comes around. How does one describe it. |
Bible Answer: Morning Vinodh, Being bold in faith often means speaking the Word even when it is not the popular thing to do; living the Word when that is not the popular thing to do. We do not want to be meek in faith. We want to be meek in attitude. Heb. 4:12 says, "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." It's very easy to take the Word of God and beat people up with it, rather we should gently bind up their wounds with the Word in meekness. Blessings Cheri |
