Bible Question:
Your NASB translation of Ro. 7:25 makes it look like Paul is still a sinner. (...but on the other hand...) Don't you believe that Paul is free from sin? |
Bible Answer: Philip, I think Paul makes it very clear both in the stated chapter, and in Phillipians 3 that he is not free from sin in the sense that he no longer commits sin. However, in the sense that all those in Christ are free from the condemnation of sin, death, and the law, all of us in Christ are indeed free from sin. We are free from sin just not yet free of sin.
