AMPLIFIED 2015 | Romans 7:25 Thanks be to God [for my deliverance] through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind serve the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh [my human nature, my worldliness, my sinful capacity--I serve] the law of sin. |
Bible Question (short): Greek Question in Romans |
Question (full): Greetings All. A Newbie here. I am in Colorado. My first post, and Im not even sure how this formu works, but here goes....duh.. Studying Romans 7-8. I would like to find a site in which I can search the Greek New Testmament...doe anyone know of such a site? The specific question I have is with the words apa ouv in Romans 7:25. It is obvious that Paul is drawing a conclusion, and giving thanks to God for that conclusion, and not answering the question he asked in the previous verse, however, I am struggling with a legitimate and understandable way to translate this into English. Alos, is there another example in the NT where this word pattern is used? Thanks in advance. rz |
