NASB | Romans 6:2 May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it? |
AMPLIFIED 2015 | Romans 6:2 Certainly not! How can we, the very ones who died to sin, continue to live in it any longer? |
Bible Question:
Shalom,Nolan *-* Can you say,what is (the) sin? |
Bible Answer: Greetings! No, we can not live without sin. Romans 3:23 states that we all fall short of the glory of God. Since until we reach heaven we all live in fleshly bodies we will succumb to certain fleshly desires. I don't believe in "entire sanctification" as Sir Pent mentioned. The only time that that would be possible in my opinion is after we reach heaven. Until then we must all pray and ask forgiveness for one thing or another. Psalm 143:2b states that no one apart from God is perfect, and to be sin free would be to be perfect. prayon |
