Bible Question (short): why was light created on the first day a |
Question (full): In Genesis chapter one: On the first day God created the light and again on the fourth day he created light. I can understand the light created on the fourth day (the sun ,the moon and the stars). But what is this light created on the first day. On the seventh day god completed his creation but there is no mention of that seventh day coming to an end than can we assume that we are still in the seventh day. God commanded Adam not to eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil and said to him that if he eats of its fruits than he will surely die the same day. But Adam ate the fruit and still lived for 930 years. Can you throw some light into this? |
