Bible Question:
I recently listened to a doctor making the comment concerning Eve's sin and I confess that I wouldn't know how to answer that. He said that the fall of mankind is unjustified and that other people shouldn't be born sinners because of the sins of their parents. And he concluded: "I say that it is immoral to punish everyone for the sin of one." What would you say? Thank you, Finder |
Bible Answer: Dear Finder, What I would say is, he is certainly entitled to his opinion! It runs counter to what scripture clearly teaches and orthodoxy. I'm sure God will eagerly await his discussion. Romans 9:20 tells us: "On the contrary, who are you, O man, who answers back to God? The thing molded will not say to the molder, "Why did you make me like this," will it?" That, is my view since you asked:-) BradK |
