Bible Question: What does " for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23 what meaning does this hold. |
Bible Answer: Hi. I too had trouble understanding this before I was grown in Christ. We know that Jesus and God are one, right? This is why Jesus was perfect and did not sin. Sin means we do wrong. God sent Jesus here to sacrifice His life so we may be forgiven and have eternal life in heaven. Fall short of the Glory of God means those who have not accepted Christ do not recieve God's blessing nor do they have a place in heaven. GRACE-God's Riches (blessings)At Christ's Expense. When God sent Jesus to die for us and we acceot Him we recieve Grace which is our blessing from God-Salvation. We are saved from hell and recieve eternal life in heaven. |
