NASB | Romans 2:13 for it is not the hearers of the Law who are just before God, but the doers of the Law will be justified. |
AMPLIFIED 2015 | Romans 2:13 For it is not those who merely hear the Law [as it is read aloud] who are just or righteous before God, but it is those who [actually] obey the Law who will be justified [pronounced free of the guilt of sin and declared acceptable to Him]. |
Bible Question: Is it possible for a person to die and not hear the good news of Jesus Christ. And if that person die and his and his conscience and heart was not evil will that person still go to heaven |
Bible Answer: Yes. In Romans 2:14 Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law, 15 since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them. Read the verses before and after the ones i have written here, I'm sure this will answer your question |
