AMPLIFIED 2015 | Romans 11:1 I say then, has God rejected and disowned His people? Certainly not! For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. [1 Sam 12:22; Jer 31:37; 33:24-26; Phil 3:5] |
Bible Question: SInce God uses the term "Chosen People" ,who are the unchosen? |
Bible Answer: The Chosen People are the nation of Israel. It's not that we are the unchosen if we are Gentiles (meaning not Jews), but God has chosen the Israelites to reign in the earth for the final days. (This is found in Revelation, but I am not sure where) So, because of grace, salvation has been made available to us, the Gentiles, those who are not from the nation of Israel. Does that help? |
