Bible Note: Gbt1997oct, I’m really rather curious to know why you feel you have to result to deceitfulness to get your point across. In your mind you don’t think that you’re degrading the very beliefs you’re trying to convince others of?? Are you a true Mormon?? Are you aware that if anyone was actually thinking about joining the LDS and caught wind of your actions on this forum that it may have an effect on their decision?? A true believer would actually care about something like that, do you?? To a degree your deceitfulness can be used for good. Try this one on for size. You stated that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God, but of all of the prophets that are mentioned in the bible, none of them resulted to deceitfulness to get their point across. In this particular case, the only prophet that I am aware of that did result to deceitfulness to get his point across was Joseph Smith. For this very reason he could not be a Prophet of God. A False Prophet, yes, but a True Prophet no. And your actions on this forum have proven to be just as underhanded and deceiving as his. Jesus said something to the affect of, “A good tree can not bear bad fruit, and a bad tree can not bear good fruit” Matt. 7:15-20 What exactly is your interpretation of that verse?? The CurtMan |
