Bible Answer: Greetings EpipothiaWarrior! Homosexuality is a sin! Those who have been given over to such a debased mind will not inherit the Kingdom of God (Romans 1:24-32). The Old Testament condemns homosexuality (Lev. 18:22), and states that such a sin is worthy of death (Lev. 20:13). 1 Corinthians 6:9 goes so far in the NASB as to even name 'homosexuals' as being among those who will not inherit the Kingdom of God. Those who consider themselves as homosexuals are deceived and depraved in mind because of their sin. They must repent of it, seeing the destruction of their ways, and turn wholly away from it, forsaking such indecent sin forever. Only then will they begin to heal and begin to recover from such a sin. But I believe that recovery is possible, even though I would never know such a low level of spiritual depravity myself. God bless you in your efforts to witness! Makarios |
