Subject: Is it wrong to have pictures of Jesus? |
Bible Note: We can worship him in spirit and truth, yes what we have is faith, we do not see God we do not see the real face of christ and we believed that Jesus Christ is our saviour. God is spirit so we must worship Him in spirit not as an Image that has mouth but cannot speak, that has ears but cannot hear prayers. Your statement:"My understanding is that you are saying if I have hair to my shoulders then I am shameful? I thought God looks at the heart?" Your truly right my friend, God looks at the heart, how about your community, other people. For example if you are a pastor that speaks the word of God then you have the hair that looks like an addict or a look not respected, do you think people that you are going to share will listen to you? Another example, I know God truly look at the heart because He is God. Even you are nude at all it will not affect God, but if you try to go to church nude, do you think this will not affect other co-churches? or other people? If we are a truly Christian we act as a Christian and live as a Christian. God bless, Johnny |
