AMPLIFIED 2015 | Romans 1:20 For ever since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through His workmanship [all His creation, the wonderful things that He has made], so that they [who fail to believe and trust in Him] are without excuse and without defense. Subject: How to know God just from seeing nature? |
Bible Note: Greetings again Sir Pent! Yes, there is a Supernatural, Omniscient, Omnipotent, Eternal Being (S,O,O,E,B) that has created us! And the whole world is in His hands! :-) Isaiah 42:5-7, 45:18 says that God did not create the earth to be a "waste place", but He created it to be inhabited, and under His care! Is value established by age (Lev. 27:1-8)? Or is it more blessed to uncover life's quality? (Eccl. 5:20) If we die before our time (Eccl. 7:17), then we only discover the fragility of our existence (Psalm 144:3-4), even though we should praise God throughout that existence (Psalm 119:175; 150:6). Our Creator meant for us to live a satisfied life (Psalm 103:5) and to enjoy the sweetness of life (Eccl. 9:4)! But we must enjoy this with reservation (Eccl. 11:8). For if we die in the early years of life (Isaiah 38:10) or if we are still alive, we should not complain (Lam. 3:39). For those who should live, die, and those who die, should live (Ezek. 13:19). In any case, life belongs to God (Ezek. 18:4). And God is the sustainer of life, giving us hope that we should not live in it as a hopeless shadow (1 Chr. 29:15). And the Lord sustains us! Providing us with everything that we need. In this way, the Lord has shown us that He indeed loves His creation and cares for it. But most of all, He showed this through His one and only Son, who died so that we may have life (1 Thess. 5:10), which shows His love in such a way in that He would give up His most prized and heralded Son, so that we could begin to understand His love for us..
