Bible Question: What is the biblical meaning of discernment. |
Bible Answer: Discernment is the ability to see matters clearly. In Acts 8:20-23, we see that Peter was able to expose the motives behind Peters actions and the thoughts which led to the motives! It-discernment, is a gift of the Holy Spirit, which befell Peter and the other apostles before they began their ministries (Acts 2:1-4). Through the gift of discernment, one will be able to see truthfully into the hearts and minds of men and of matters. |
