Bible Answer: There is believing and there is believing to the saving of ones soul. That is what Act 16:30-34 mean, believing on the Lord Jesus Christ. Rom 10:8-14 can be explain in verse 16."But they have not all obeyed the Gospel, For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believe our report? As you can see OBEYING the Gospel is linked to believing the Report. You can not say you believe and disobey. (1 Cor l:21) it is preaching that save them that believe. Not believing itself. You still think God disagrees with me. The Scripture said that Simeon believed and was Baptized. Did that make him saved. No. Maybe he got it together later on. |
