Bible Question:
Does this not infer that Jesus was a Prophet (Messenger of God) and not God himself? Thanks, Isa |
Bible Answer: Isa, thank you for your question. No, it doesn't. One nameless blind man is not the final authority as to the Deity of Christ. There has been much previously posted on this forum as to the Deity of Christ. Please, please, please use the Search function to look up the dozens of Q and A that have already been posted re the subject. I myself wrote a post the other day in which I referred to a book that contains NINETEEN PAGES IN DOUBLE COLUMNS quoting Scriptures that prove the Deity of Christ. His Deity is THE ESSENTIAL of the Christian faith. As someone pointed out, whoever does not believe that Jesus Christ is God is not a Christian. The Deity of Christ is a non-negotiable Bible doctrine. There is no other valid interpretation of Scripture on this subject. Please Search the Forum re the Deity of Christ. |
