Bible Question:
Im 17 and having some faith issues. I dont know why its been like this lately. I play piano on 3 worship teams, maybe im over extending myself? Im in college with another group now? Anybody had this sort of thing happen b4? |
Bible Answer: Cry out to the Lord in prayer. Tell Him about your doubts, fears and relationships. Be willing to follow Him and obey Him. Express this to Him. It is vital that you make time everyday to pray and study His word even if you have to say no to some of your other responsibilites and friendships. Your relationship with Him is the most important and when you have a good one with Him, your other ones will work out. When you read His promises in the bible, believe them and thank Him. Find people your own age who love the Lord. If you hang with the crowd that does not love Him, you will be influenced by them. Do a character study on Christ Jesus, David and Paul in the bible. May God bless you, Grace and Peace, Val 1 Sam 17:12 Now David was the son of the Ephrathite of Bethlehem in Judah, whose name was Jesse, and he had eight sons. And Jesse was old in the days of Saul, advanced in years among men. 1 Sam 17:13 The three older sons of Jesse had gone after Saul to the battle. And the names of his three sons who went to the battle were Eliab the firstborn, and the second to him Abinadab, and the third Shammah. 1 Sam 17:14 David was the youngest. Now the three oldest followed Saul, 1 Sam 17:15 but David went back and forth from Saul to tend his father's flock at Bethlehem. |
