AMPLIFIED 2015 | John 15:16 "You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name [as My representative] He may give to you. |
Bible Question:
Is Jesus just talking to the disciples here, or is he speaking to everyone who believes? Thanks! Huron |
Bible Answer: Jesus is speaking to all His diciples, both past, and present, note we also are His diciples. Bearing fruit, however, is dependant on our letting Him have complete and total right of way in our lives, and that is what the Bible calls faith. You carn't He can, lets go. |
