Bible Note: Hi Ray, Thanks for your response and you have quoted John 10:30 Jesus said " I and the Father are one" I have also read the three preceding verses and I now append hereunder my perception. John10:30 "I and the Father are one" This verse by itself would superficially convince one and all that Jesus and the Father are one and the same Person/Spirit/God.But in order to have a better understanding of the message that this verse intend to convey,it is necessary to refer to the context that Jesus was talking about in the preceding verses.Jesus was narrating about how He and His Father were caring,guarding and protecting the sheep.In this context, Jesus and the Father are one- of one mind sharing the same caring and loving thought.
