Subject: Why Could He Not Do Many Miracles? |
Bible Note: Hi Bowler: I may be way off here, and this may not be what you are after, but I don't think it was that He "couldn't" do miracles, but it was because of their unbelief, that He chose not to do them. I've heard this taught, but I think those who teach that He "could not" do many miracles, just have it dead wrong. He can do anything He choses. God can even do what looks like murder, to the world, and even to some believers, Acts 5:5-10, But we know he can do no wrong. He's God, omniscient, omnipotent, infallible, totally unrestricted by anything anyone says, does, or doesn't do. I believe to say He couldn't do miracles goes against what the Bible teaches about the nature of God. I hope this helps. God bless John |
