Bible Question: the wine that Jesus is talking about here and at the last supper,did it contain alcohol |
Bible Answer: Scripture ... Luke 7:33-34, 22:17-18 ... First, look at the context of the passage, by looking at verse 33, too. The word for drinking (pino) does not always mean drinking alcohol (Matt 27:24). The same word is used in 22:18, where it says "the fruit of the vine" ... and it does not mean alochol.
