Bible Note: Dear Searcher, Thank you for your "IMHO". Are you also asking me a question? In response to what you have said,"Jewish leaders - yes, they knew He was the Messiah." If they knew Jesus was the Messiah, why in Luke 23:35, did the rulers or leaders doubt and mock Jesus saying,"...He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God." KJV Had they known Jesus was the Messiah I would believe they would not being saying "IF" he be Christ".Since "IF" is stated, there is an obvious element of doubt from the leaders. What do you think?
