Bible Question:
How will the judging be accomplished during the Millennial Kingdom? Revelation 20:4-6 Then I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the mark on their forehead and on their hand; and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were completed. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is the one who has a part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for a thousand years. It says that we will rule or reign with Him for the 1000 years, but nothing about judgement. How will we judge the angels if we aren’t present at the Great White Throne Judgement? 1 Corinthians 6:3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life? The angels aren't judged until the second resurrection, they can't be judged during the Millennial Kingdom. 2 Peter 2:4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; Jude 1:6 And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day, |
Bible Answer: Idle speculations and vain immaginings harden our heart. Where the Bible is not clear, it is best to leave that to God. The battle is always over focus and your focus should always be Jesus Christ and Him crucified. Romans 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. |
