Bible Question: How would you explain this scripture about going out in the highways and compels them to come in_if so would having contest of somekind that would get them in to hear the Gospel would that be pleasing to God...? Anyway for them to hear the truth of God.. drag them in...thanks |
Bible Answer: Scripture ... Luke 14:(1) 16-24 ... God's day to you, mae68, Start reading at verse 16, even verse 1. Finish by reading verse 24, "For I tell you, not one of those who were invited shall taste my supper". To be complete, one must invite people. When none come, then you can go out and force others to come in. I am going to leave the forcing sinners into the kingdom alone - since it is off limits, for it divides. Having a contest wasn't mentioned in the passage, so I'd aviod it. S |
