Subject: If we told Jesus the whole truth... |
Bible Note: Hi kalos, This will be very brief, but I see a reference (in the Matt. 9:20 account) to Num. 15:37-41. All the detail is not in Mark's account! Obviously, she approached Him in faith. The whole point of the miracles of Christ were to authenticate His ministry- that her was the(ir) Messiah! I see the miracles- particularly in the gospels- as having to do with Israel. The Jews required a sign (1 Cor. 1:22) This harkens back to Ex. 4:8-9. We as Gentiles don't need the "signs", i.e. miracles. So, not necessarily would they result if we told the whole truth. We still walk by faith. BradK |
