Bible Question:  Matt 7:1-2NIV
1"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
Matt 7:1-2TM
1"Don't pick on people, jump on their failures, criticize their faults--unless, of course, you want the same treatment. 2That critical spirit has a way of boomeranging.
Matt 7:1-2NLT
1"Stop judging others, and you will not be judged. 2For others will treat you as you treat them.[1] Whatever measure you use in judging others, it will be used to measure how you are judged.
Matt 7:1-2NKJV
(1) 1 "Judge not, that you be not judged. 2For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.
Matt 7:1-2CEV

When we judge our fellow brothers and sisters in christ now that we are saved. Will our whole life be judged even before we were saved by the way we judge now?

Bible Answer:  Christ in that verse that you quoted tried to explain to us not to be hypocryte by judging people but not looking in ourselves:

Mt 7:3
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

We can judge, specially if the reason is to correct them and bring them back to right path:

Joh 7:24
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

But how we can do a righteous judgement?

Mt 7:4
Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

God bless,
