Subject: "promise or Promise?" |
Bible Note: Hi khuck, Luke 24:49 and Acts 1:4 are the only two occurances that I know of in the NKJ that have the word "Promise" capitalized. Are there any others that you feel the translators/ interpreters of the NKJ should have capitalized? Perhaps Romans 9:9 or Galatians 3:22? There are 51 occurances of the word "promise" listed in my NASB concordance. None of them are capitalized. I am agreeing with the NASB here, but I would like to hear your thoughts or of anyone else interested in this question. What are your thoughts about Acts 1:4, Acts 1:8, and Luke 24:49?
